  • Conejo Valley - Newbury Park, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, and Agoura Hills. Thousand Oaks, the central community in this area was named after the many oak trees in the area and is one of the largest cities in Ventura County. The city is part of a collection of communities called Conejo Valley. Conejo Valley includes Thousand Oaks proper, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Agoura, Oak Park and parts of Calabasas. The Los Angeles County/Ventura County line crosses at the western city limits of Westlake Village, with Westlake Village proper being entirely in Los Angeles County. This area is an easy commute to Los Angles. The median price of home in the Thousand Oaks area is $600,000.*
  • Simi Valley, a city of about 120,000 people is know as the home of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and as one of the safest communities is the US to live.     • Moorpark is a Ventura County Community of about 32,000 residents. As of March 2008 the median price of a home in Moorpark was $465,000.
